The forest offers a natural medicine of fresh oxygen, grounding energy, birdsong, and the soothing frequency of the Earth itself. Studies have associated time in nature with reduced stress, lower cortisol, improved mood, support for immune function, lower blood pressure, and greater mental clarity. In a world that asks us to move quickly, forest bathing invites us to slow down, become present, and reconnect with ourselves in a deeply nourishing way.
